The Higher Secondary Section of GVHSS Kadakkal offers Plus One and Plus Two programmes under the Directorate of Higher Secondary Education (DHSE), Government of Kerala. Students can choose from three streams — Science, Commerce, and Humanities — each designed to build a strong academic foundation for higher education and career opportunities.
Admission to Plus One is through the HSCAP (Higher Secondary Centralized Admission Process) based on merit in the SSLC examination. Our experienced faculty and modern facilities ensure quality education for every student.

Admission through HSCAP (Higher Secondary Centralized Admission Process) — online single-window system based on SSLC marks and reservation criteria.
Students appear for the DHSE (Directorate of Higher Secondary Education) board examination at the end of Plus Two (Class 12).
Government school with minimal fees. Tuition is free. Only nominal PTA and special fee contributions apply as per government norms.
Consistently strong results in DHSE examinations. Many students secure admission to prestigious colleges and professional courses.
Active participation in Higher Secondary Youth Festival (Kalolsavam), science fairs, sports meets, and NSS/NCC programmes.
